Which UV Filters are in Hydra Shield Body Sun Lotion SPF 50+?
This body sunscreen contains the following UV filters: Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate 3.0%, Ethylhexyl Triazone 3.0%, Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol (MBBT / Bisoctrizole) 2.02%, and Drometrizole Trisiloxane 2.0%.
Can I use this sunscreen on my face, too?
While Hydra Shield Body Sun Lotion SPF 50+ is boosted with the same skincare you love in your face sunscreens, it's designed for use on your body. We recommend shopping for your perfect face SPF separately (we have plenty!).
Is this sunscreen water resistant?
Yes! Hydra Shield Body Sun Lotion SPF 50+ is very water resistant for up to 80 minutes.
How often should I reapply this sunscreen?
You should reapply every 2hours to maintain sun protection.
Can pregnant women use this product?
While pregnant women can use this sunscreen, hormonal changes can make skin become more sensitive than usual. If you’re pregnant, we always recommend consulting your doctor before adding any new skincare products to your routine.

The sun screen blends quickly into my skin and feels quite lightweight when applying. There’s no white cast on me personally (brownskin) so would do great for black skin overall. It’s also not fragrances or atleast not noticeably fragrances to me and works fine on my somewhat sensitive skin.
