Leaves no residue on my skin and really is mattifying. I would be happy to use it as an anti shine product and not just a sun stick. It's easy to wash off compared to most sun protection. It probably won't last long as theres not a huge amount of product for the amount needed to cover face effectively. I can't comment on how well it protects against the sun, it's still only spring time at the moment.
